New to Dallas, Chef Saul Williams, brings his authentic creole flair. Keep an eye out for this talented chef! We are lucky to have him! We sampled his bread pudding and crawfish bread and I have to say that the bread pudding was the best I have ever had. Chef Williams, you are going to be big in Dallas!

Are you searching for a cold beverage to quench your thirst? Look no further! Once again, Chili's Bar and Grill has another winner on their hands. Out at Taste Addison their line was long to get one of these slushy treats but according to how many we saw walking around they must have been well worth the wait!

While stopping in at the Snuffer's Restaurant and Bar booth for a minute, we learned a thing or two from owner, Pat Snuffer. What a great guy! He said, "we're having a blast out here at Taste of Addison and will be back for the years to come!" We all shared the hand cut cheddar fries and trust us they are as delicious as you imagine.
Pat, I don't think we can wait until next year to experience Snuffer's again! We will see ya soon at one of your many locations!

Flippin' Out Crepes & Coffee was one our favorites this year. Great concept and delicious food!!! Nice plump gulf shrimp, garlic shallots and lump crab meat. Check them out! Same owners as Blue Goose Catina - you know it's going to be good!

Taste Addison 2011 - Chamberlain's Steak and Chop House
Chamberlain's Steak and Chop House in Addison, TX is about as good as it gets! For 16 years straight, Richard Chamberlain, has been serving up these delicious chops out at Taste Addison. Boy were they juicy and delicious! It's safe to say that these aren't yo mama's pork chops. In fact, these were some of the best chops we have ever sampled. Period. It was no coincidence that we witnessed countless people throughout the event eating these chops right off the bone. Well done!
We are now Los Lupes fans! We sampled this little taco plate and were very impressed with their flavorful combinations. We washed it down with one of their real Pina Coladas. Ay Carumba! If you were at Taste Addison this year then you know exactly which Pina Colada we are talking about. YUM!!!
